Our program isn’t just about boosting confidence- It’s about measurable changes in student behaviour, engagement, and wellbeing. It takes on a wholistic approach backed by evidence based studies and teaches students to shift gears and focus on mindset and rewiring their internal dialogue.

Lesson Plan

Lesson 1: Focuses on understanding confidence and their own unique self. Students learn how physical, emotional and mental wellbeing overlap.

Lesson 2: Focuses on being brave and having courage. Students discuss different friendships and the importance of spending time with the right people.

Lesson 3: Focuses on being aware of emotions and how emotions can affect our physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. Students learn techniques to manage emotions and build resilience.

 

Lesson 4: Focuses on attitude and mindset and the difference between positive and negative thoughts. Students learn about positive affirmations and how to incorporate gratitude in their daily lives.

Lesson 5: Focuses on learning about mindfulness, why it’s important and different techniques to practice being in the present moment.

Lesson 6: Focuses on the things that are important in life and reaching out to people when students feel stuck. Students also learn the impacts of social media and their digital footprint.
