My son had the best time going through your program. Every week he would come home talking about what he learnt.
Suzi Ibrahim, Mum
The Confidence Project program was the one thing my son looked forward to doing every week.
Lina Tabbah, Mum
I have seen the impact your program has had on our students and I can not recommend you enough. You need to be in every school.
Ana Langi, Teacher
I enthusiastically endorse Sussan as an ideal mentor for any pre-teen or teenager seeking support in navigating the challenges of adolescence, including relationships, friendships and school life.
Sussan’s ability to create a comfortable space enabled my daughter to open up and find the assistance she needed.
Tue Moy, Mum and Teacher
As a teacher and parent, I believe it is integral to nurture the whole child; academic, intellectual, social emotional and physical development. This is the missing link in schools to build confidence and self regulation in children.

I have seen the impact your program has had on our year 7 students and I can not recommend you enough. We can’t wait to have you back again.

The Confidence Project covers things that schools don’t currently offer and this includes self esteem, mental health and wellbeing, mindfulness, positive growth mindset and especially around each individual person as well. Having good mental health also impacts on healthy relationships between peers, students and staff and the roll on effect which increases student attendance at school, participation in their class and therefore their willingness to learn.
Julie Moon, Student Support Officer
Every school needs to have this program for their students. It’s a very well thought out program and really covers everything. As a teacher, we’re trying to fit everything in but this program ticks so many boxes in the PDHPE learning outcomes.
Michelle Do, Teacher
I learnt that we can be ourselves without being judged.
I learnt that we’re not all the same and that we don’t have to do things if someone tells us to. We are unique.
Before starting the program, I didn’t feel much confidence. I felt anxious because I would always bottle stuff up because I didn’t know how to tell people how I felt.
I liked how we all connected throughout the term
It was a really fun space to learn new things.

I felt a lot less anxious about tests after doing the program.
My favourite part of the program was the mindfulness lesson. It helps me to calm down when I’m angry.
I learnt a lot about good friends and bad friends and I think the program would help lots of other students who are going though a hard time.
