Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions refer to and apply to all bookings made for classes and workshops offered by The Confidence Project. By booking a place for your child, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
Booking and Payment
1. Booking confirmation: A booing is confirmed only when full payment has been received and a confirmation email has been sent to you, the parent/ guardian.
2. Payment methods: We accept payments via our website portal or via bank transfer.
3. Payment deadlines: Full payment must be made at the time of booking. If payment is not received, the booking may be canceled.
Cancelations and Refunds
4. Parent- Initiated Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the start date of the workshop will receive a full refund.
5. Cancellations made in less than 72 hours of the scheduled workshop will not be eligible for a refund.
6.Any cancellations made by you, the parent, must be in writing.
7.If the workshop has been cancelled by The Confidence Project for any reason, a full refund will be issued.
8.Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the cancellation request.
9.As this is a ticketed event, if your child is sick, we will not be issuing refunds or credits. You will forfeit the ticket unless you have advised us that someone else will be filling this position.
Attendance and Punctuality
10. Check-in and check-out: Parents must sign their children in and out of the workshop each day.
11. Please advise if someone else will be picking your child up at the end of the workshop.
12. Ensure your child arrives 15 minutes early.
13. Ensure you arrive on time to pick up your child.
14. If your child needs to be picked up early, parents must inform the facilitator in advance.
Behaviour and Conduct
15. Children are expected to behave respectfully towards facilitators, other participants and the workshop environment.
16. In case of disruptive or inappropriate behaviour, The Confidence Project reserves he right to remove your child from the workshop. 17. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Parents will be contacted if there are issues regarding their child’s behaviour.
Health and Safety
17. Medical Information: Parents must provide accurate medical information and emergency contact details at the time of booking.
18. Medication: If a child requires medication during the workshop, parents must inform the facilitator and provide written instructions.
19. Illness: Unwell Children should not attend the workshop. If a child becomes unwell during the workshop, parents will be contacted to collect their child.
Photography and Videography
20. Consent: By booking, parents consent to their child being photographed or recorded for promotion purposes by The Confidence Project.
21. Opt-Out: If parents do not wish for their child’s images to be used as part of The Confidence Project’s marketing plan, they must inform The Confidence Project in writing before the start of the workshop.
Liability
22. Personal belongings: The Confidence Project is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings brought to the workshop.
23. Injury: The Confidence Project takes all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our participants. However, The Confidence Project is not liable for any injuries that occur during the workshop.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
24. The Confidence Project reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated on our website.
